Epic fail

Hollywood has disappointed. Beowulf(2007) – epic fail

It can’t be compared with the more recent Robin Hood without ‘the hood’; from what I understand it’s a good film. Yeah, it might show the director’s own personal view on the legend, I would have accepted that with ‘Beowulf’ if it had been a movie about Beowulf’s swimming race or whatever it was called, and they could have portraited Beowulf screwing even Ariel for all I care, but what they did out of that beautiful ancient ‘Beowulf’ is a sacrilege.

Beowulf was a hero. Beowulf was great. Beowulf was magnificent. Gaiman and Avary’s Beowulf was a prick. A misogynistic asshole. And a boaster.

And of course it had to be so, otherwise Angelina Jolie would have had maximum 2 scenes. God forbid her sexuality remained unexploited.

I want to watch the 2005 ‘Beowulf and Grendel’ and there is no doubt in my mind it will be wonderful, cause, hey! it has Gerry in it

PS: I am aware that Jolie has movies in which her sexuality isn’t exploited.

Changeling (2008)?

Changeling is the kinda movie that goes in the ‘I cried at’ category. It’s one of those movies that I hate aka movies longer than 90 minutes. that has been my luck recently, apparently, after Zodiac, Rendition and Troy, the 2.20 h movies will hunt me for the rest of my holiday

yeah! well, Changeling was a masterpiece, I guess that rhymes with Clint Eastwood.

and PS: the truly HOT thing about Changeling was not that big red-lipped Angie Jolie-Pitt, but this. Meow!

…mm, I guess Jolie was hot too I had a Girl, Interrupted deja-vu in the mental hospital, I guess Angie had it too =)).

Freddy is dead

no, he‘s not. Skins hurts just as much as life.

I cried when Freddy died; just like I cried when Tony got hit by that bus, I thought he died then.

that image, when… Freddy… was being hit, killed… and the window was bloody, it hurt like hell…

it reminds me of that new song from Eminem and Rihanna, I love that song, is my kind of song. because I`d rather hurt and go through hell than see someone I love get hurt. I love pain. and I love that Freddy died. it wouldn`t have been Skins if he hadn`t died. thank you Brittain and Elsley

well, boys, the queen said it! and what the queen wants, the queen gets.

I’m sure things PROBABLY didn’t happen exactly that way, but Elizabeth’s aversion towards men was all-known, I don’t know how much of it was aversion or just her twisted desire to prove her father that having girl(s) next to the throne wasn’t such an end of the world. if it would have been different, maybe we wouldn’t have had nowadays The Tudors with those gorgeous Anne Boleyn and Elizabeth Ist; we would have had Mary, who would have been next, Bloody Mary that wouldn’t have been so Bloody perhaps; and of course, her mother.

I guess, we, the ladies, should thank God, which God is that? huh, all of them… I guess they all got heartbroken, that’s why they made us look so awful, even since Eve. what men PROBABLY don’t realize is that WE are a PART of them, the better part, and they NEED us, to be whole again; it’s just something there, when you think you’ve found your man, he turns around and fucks another, thinking you got more ribs there, cowboy?

although I like the bad independent boys, I’ll probably have to settle for a traumatized one, the only one that could PROBABLY value women at their real worth. I am dying for a piece of bad ass…

I am Katie fuckin’ Fitch!

oh, these Brits! they always make me smile. I like Katie, I didn’t used to, but I guess I finally realized that she is so Katie, and Katie is so lovely. it’s nice to see her grow up and I don’t know if Skins is over, that would be a shame, but it would be nice to see what keeps happening in their really messed up lives. I just finished “Katie” and I don’t wanna see “Freddie” next, ’cause I know I’m getting close to the end, and I’ll miss it when it’ll be over. I think that the fact that she won`t be able to have kids is too much, I mean, “premature menopause”, what is that? that seems a bit brutal. I do like how Effy is so everywhere, I remember hating Katie, ’cause she was somehow in the way of Effy and Freddie, but I guess the only one in Effy and Freddie’s way was Freddie; he has this amazing gift of being useless(is that the right word?) when I saw that he was one of Cook’s mom’s cocks I thought that was like over the top, I think Cook took it pretty easy, but is not like he’s a golden boy or anything. anyway, this was about Katie fuckin’ Fitch, an episode that went by as quickly as it came, surprisingly! nothing left to say, ’cause I just felt it most of the time, I’ll add some memorable pics.   cheers!
